karena DNS telkom atau dns dari provider lainnya memiliki route yang lebih jauh ;) otomatis kecepatan akses ke server DNS tersebut jga bertambah. Dan di beberapa hasil test (kalau ditampilkan disini terlalu panjang) beberapa IP tidak sampai di tujuan sewaktu di traceroute.
