Bila link diatas sudah tidak valid, bisa dilihat di https://desktop.telegram.org.
Setelah download salah file diatas, ekstrak dengan cara
tar xJvf tsetup.*.tar.xz ## hasil output Telegram/ Telegram/Updater Telegram/Telegram
buat symlink
su -c "ln -s /home/jaranguda/Telegram/Telegram /usr/bin/telegram"
ganti jaranguda dengan username anda. Selanjutnya telegram bisa dijalankan dengan mengetik telegram di terminal.
Buat link di Applications
Buat file baru di /usr/share/applications/telegram.desktop yang isinya
[Desktop Entry] Version=0.8 Name=Telegram GenericName=Telegram Comment=Telegram Exec=telegram %u & Icon=/home/jaranguda/Telegram/t_logo.png Terminal=false Type=Application StartupNotify=true Categories=Network;WebBrowser; Keywords=web;chat;internet;
ganti jaranguda dengan username anda. Sekarang telegram juga bisa diakses lewat, Applications – Internet – Telegram. Selamat berchatting dan ber-bot ria.
