Pertama download ROM 4.1.24 di http://rom.miui.com/en/download/view/id/359389#top, setelah di download ekstrak file miui_n986_gtbluesky_4.1.24_d8ad909625_4.2.zip di komputer, buka folder META-INF/com/google/android/ disana terdapat file updater-script, edit sehingga menjadi seperti dibawah ini

setelah selesai, jadikan semua file menjadi 1 zip, misalkan beri nama updaten986.zip, pindahkan ke microSD HP anda, lalu reboot ke CWM. Di CWM pilih Install from sdcard -> choose zip from external sdcard pilih tempat anda menyimpan file tadi, lalu pilih OK untuk memulai proses instalasi. Proses instalasi/update tidak lebih dari 5 menit.

Atau kalo mau yang tinggal di pindah ke microsd dan langsung install download dari link dibawah ini

  1. kalo masalah memory saya kurang tau, karena hpnya cuma dipake buat cek email dan browsing jadi ngga terlalu keliatan, saya jga tiap install/Upgrade MIUI selalu langsung hapus file bawaannya :) Coba besok-besok kalo ada upgrade saya lihat perbedaan memorynya :D

    mengenai google play, saya selalu install yang ini https://jaranguda.com/download/2430, ngga pernah coba lain jadi ngga bisa jga ngasi perbandingan hehehe

    salah satu kekurangan ROM miui ini kalo pake VPN cepet banget panas, ga nyampe 5 menit dipake buat streaming langsung panas.

      untung ga pernah pake vpn, o iya gan, ane cas Max V kok sampe 4 jam ya, apa itu normal gan?
      kan batre cuma 2300 mah, charger 1000mah, harusnya kan 2,3 (2 jam 20 menit) jam juga udah penuh

    ane pake miui v 3.10.25 trus ada notif update ke v 4.8.29 trus ane download.
    nah pas ane applu update gagal trus.
    ane browsing deh dan katanya flash via cwm dan harus hapus assertnya dulu dan filenya format .tmp
    pertanyaan ane.
    ..aplikasi andeoid apa yg bisa buka file tmp biar ane bisa hapus assertnya?

    1. kalo manual ekstrak file update di HP bisa nge-hang HP-nya, mending pindahin dulu ke komputer baru ekstrak, dan edit file nya. Abis di edit kan harus di packing jadi file zip lagi, mending di komputer aja deh biar aman.

      1. misi gan numpang nanya,,, saya upgrade miui ke versi 4.8.29 dari gtbluesky. secara manual. soalnya ga bisa lewat updaternya. saya udah hapus script assert sampai baris ke 3. sehingga baris pertama yang (show…). proses update berjalan dengan baik,,, namun terdapat beberapa masalah…
        1. CDMA kembali tidak terdeteksi
        2. External kembali tidak terdeteksi
        3. papan ketik google tidak ada, adanya papan ketik cina.
        4. google play (yang sudah diinstall) kembali tidak berfungsi…

        yang ingin saya tanyakan apakah setiap kita upgrade perlu kembali menyetting (untuk nomor 1 2 4) ? karena setelah saya setting seperti sebelumnya (install gapss, dan setting alat tempur kemarin)

        untuk masalah ketiga, bagaimana saya bisa mendapatkan papan ketik google?
        karena setelah saya install gapss pun papan ketik google tetap tidak ada?

            mengapa ram di MIUI cepet banget habisnya,
            baru restart 571MB sisanya,,,
            setelah dipakek kadangan tinggal 170MB, sampe kadang kadang kalo maen game ke kick sendiri.

            padahal udah clear chace itu? masih tetep sisa 170MB…

            padahal tidak banyak aplikasi yang diinstall…

            catatan : saya menghapus beberapa aplikasi bawaan miui seperti cloud, payment, full sharing, games, dan keyboard..
